Description
Provides services to assist adults with mental health problems such as stress, anger, anxiety, bipolar disorders, depression, and grief. The clinic serves individuals 18 years and older and provides a number of services including:

- Initial Assessment
- Psychiatric Assessment
- Verbal/Individual Psychotherapy
- Family Collateral Psychotherapy
- Group Therapy
- Psychotropic Medication Treatment
- Injectable Psychotropic Medication Administration
- Injectable Psychotropic Medication Administration and Monitoring
- Crisis Services / After Hours On-Call Service
- Health Monitoring
- Complex Care Management Services
- Peer Specialist

Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, 9am-5pm; Wednesday, 9am-8pm.

Eligibility
Adults 18 years and older.

Service Area: Erie & Niagara Counties.

Intake Process
Call for an appointment; appointments typically available within a week of calling.

Program Fees
Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, all major insurances, and private pay on a sliding scale fee.
