Early Intervention for Children With Disabilities/Delays

Description
Designed to assist families with children 0-2 years old who have a diagnosed condition and/or developmental delay. Provides evaluation(s) in child's area of need, therapeutic services, service coordination, and assistance with transition to other programs and/or services at no cost to families.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Eligibility
Delayed or disabled infants and toddlers, 0-2 years old.
