Description
Provides transportation to medical appointments and other medically essential trips in Niagara, Erie, and Orleans Counties for seniors ages 60 and older. Rides must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.

Program Fees
Suggested Contributions: $7.00 round trip (short trip), $10.00 round trip (outside city), $25.00 round trip (Erie County).
