Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

Description
Provides transportation to medical appointments and other medically essential trips in Niagara, Erie, and Orleans Counties for seniors ages 60 and older. Rides must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.

Hours
Rides available Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm.

Office: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Eligibility
Ages 60 and older with medical need.

Service Area: Niagara County.

Intake Process
Call for information. Make appointments two weeks in advance.

Program Fees
Suggested Contributions: $7.00 each way (short trip), $10.00 each way (outside city), $25.00 round trip (Erie County).

These are only suggested contributions. If unable or unwilling to provide the suggested contribution, the service will not be denied.
