Home Delivered Meals
Description
Delivers meals to Niagara County residents aged 60 and older who are homebound due to illness, physical handicap, or advancing age, and who are unable to prepare their own meals.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Eligibility
Individuals ages 60 and older who are homebound and not able to provide meals for themselves. Eligibility is based on need without regard to income; must not have available private assistance.

Phone screening; full assessment will be conducted.
Program Fees
Contribution of $3.25 per meal is suggested but not required.
