Description
Program provides help to victims of crime through a variety of services. Assists with filing crime victims board compensation claiming for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses related to the crime, including funeral expenses, medical/counseling expenses, loss of earnings, and/or loss of essential personal property. Provides transportation and accompaniment to court, and acts as liaison between police, courts, and victims. Also makes referrals for counseling, food, clothing, and shelter.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Advocates are on a 24-hour call schedule through the Sheriff Office Radio Room.

Open to all.
