Description
Provides subsidized independent living apartments for persons age 62 and older or physically disabled, able to live independently (aide services are not provided).
Resident services include a transportation program for medical appointments and weekly grocery shopping; a mini-grocery store in the building; an exercise program; and on-site security.
Also acts as a host site for the Niagara Nutrition Program, which is open to the public.

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Eligibility
Must be 62 years or older and/or physically disabled, and able to live independently.

Call or apply in person.
Program Fees
Call for fee structure. Rent is 30% of the resident's income.
