Plans and actively promotes ways and means to preserve, protect, and improve the civic, business, and professional life of the Village of Youngstown. To this end, works together with village officials, public service organizations, and individuals.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm; Friday, 8am-3:30pm. Closed daily from 12 noon - 12:30pm for lunch.

Any residents of the Village of Youngstown.
