Description
Offers free and low-cost programs that promote mental wellness, provides needed services for those with a mental health diagnosis, and actively works to alleviate the stigma and public misunderstanding of mental illness.
Programs and services provided include: Community Education, Self-Help, Support Groups, Information and Referral, Workshops and Trainings (for schools, workplaces, communities, etc.), Peer Advocacy at the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, Consumer Planning Advisory Committee, Compeer Niagara, Peer Specialist Services, In-Home Respite, and Legal Advocacy.
Books and videos also available through the Lending Library.
