Description
A non-profit organization dedicated to feeding the hungry and providing opportunities for people to improve the quality of their lives. Through the Daybreak Program, provides showers, laundry, case management, access to computer room and printer (by referral), community health nursing, homeless street outreach (Niagara County only), coordination with other agencies, and much more. Individuals are encouraged to come as they are and leave with what they need.
Also provides a food pantry and soup kitchen (see separate Heart, Love & Soul Dining Room and Food Pantry records).
Free haircuts available for those in need every Monday except the last Monday of each month, 9am-11am.
Resident Opportunity and Self Sufficiency (ROSS) program provides service coordination for elderly and disabled residents of the Niagara Falls Housing Authority. The Service Coordinator provides services directly onsite at Wrobel and Spallino Towers to assist residents with maintaining benefits that help them live independently.
Provides a Christmas food giveaway with registration running through the month of November; see Hours below for 2025 details.
