Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Description
Provides individualized services to every person based on their strengths and desires. Services are scheduled following a comprehensive assessment period to ensure all needs are addressed in a way that promotes hope and recovery. Services are evidence based, recovery oriented, and trauma informed and are delivered in group sessions or combined group and individual sessions. Psychiatric services are available to those who choose to participate.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older and have a mental illness and related functional impairments.

Referrals are made either by the person seeking services or through community agencies.
Program Fees
Medicaid, Medicare, and Medicaid managed care. Payment arrangements can be made based on individual circumstances. No one is refused treatment because of inability to pay.
