Description
A CCBHC is a community-based clinic that offers integrated mental health and substance use care, along with crisis services and care coordination. Instead of navigating multiple systems, individuals can receive support through a single, connected team. Provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, all in one place.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Individual, family, and group counseling
- Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Substance use treatment, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Integrated mental health and substance use care
- Crisis support, including walk-in and same-day services when available
- Care coordination and peer support
- Trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies
Telehealth services are available.

Monday-Thursday, 8am-7pm; Friday, 8am-5pm.

People of all ages who want help and support for stress, depression, emotional or behavioral difficulties, or substance use.

Appointments, walk-ins, and referrals accepted when available. If unsure where to begin, call to be connected with the right care. Telehealth services available.
Program Fees
Services are covered through Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay options. Sliding-fee scales may be available, and staff can assist with insurance or financial questions.
