Description
Outpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility licensed by the Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, a division of Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene. Provides assessments of adults, youth, and families. Treatment options include individual and group therapy, as well as specialized programs available for adolescents, mentally ill chemical abusers, and cocaine abusers. All contacts and information are confidential.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 8am-8pm; Friday, 8am-5pm.
Eligibility
Service Area: Chautauqua County.
Intake Process
Clients are welcome to come in for walk-in appointments. For clients who cannot come to the clinic in person, counseling is available by video conference and by phone.
If the answer to any of the following questions is "YES", please call ahead before visiting the clinics:

- Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or been in close contact with anyone who may have had COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
- Do you have any respiratory symptoms?
