Description
Outpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility licensed by Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, a division of Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene. Provides assessments for adults, youth, and families. Treatment options include individual and group therapy. Specialized programs available for adolescents, mentally ill chemical abusers, and cocaine abusers. All contacts and information are confidential.

Hours
Monday-Thursday, 8am-8pm; Friday, 8am-5pm.

Eligibility
Residents of Chautauqua County.

Intake Process
Clients are welcome to come in for walk-in appointments. For clients who cannot come to the clinic in person, counseling is available by video conference and by phone.

If the answer to any of the following questions is "YES", please call ahead before visiting the clinics:
- Have you been outside of the country in the last 14 days?
- Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or been in close contact with anyone who may have had COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
- Do you have any respiratory symptoms?

Program Fees
Medicaid, private insurance, and sliding fee scale.

Languages
Spanish interpreter available if needed.
