Description
Offers limited home repair grants for specific profile clients. Multiple grant conditions apply including that the home must be repairable. No emergency funds are available.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.
Eligibility
Owner occupants with addressable repair needs. Income limits apply. Mortgage, taxes, and insurance must be current.

Call for a pre-application or download it from the website. There is a waiting list; not all will be served.
Program Fees
Owners may have a minimal cost share if grant funds are insufficient to cover the full cost of the needed repairs. Sliding fee scale based on cost of repairs and available funds.
