Home Barrier Evaluation/Removal Services
Description
Provides Handicap Ramps, Lifts, Adaptions and Modifications to the home that make it easier for the Elderly, Veterans and Disabled Homeowners to remain in their homes including handicap accessible bathrooms and accessible kitchens and other minor adaptations.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.
Eligibility
Elderly, veterans, and disabled homeowners who reside in Chautauqua County.
Intake Process
Referral from the Office for the Aging, or self-apply by calling.
Program Fees
Free.
Languages
Spanish speaking staff available.
