Description
Provides handicap ramps or lifts to allow disabled and elderly homeowners to remain in their homes. Services available countywide.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.
Eligibility
Elderly and disabled homeowners who reside in Chautauqua County.
Intake Process
Referral from the Office for the Aging, or self-apply by calling.
Program Fees
Free.
Languages
Spanish speaking staff available.
