Description
Provides a safe, serene place where children, teens, and adults navigating the complexity of loss can connect through peer support groups, as well as partake in therapeutic and social activities.
Offers peer support groups for mothers, fathers, and parents who have lost a child, including an adult child. Also offers a group for adults who have lost a parent.
Offers peer group workshop series for adults who have lost a spouse, a loved one to substance misuse, a loved one to suicide, and those who have experienced a traumatic loss.
An additional family group is offered for adults and grieving children. The 7-week program consists of children's activities and crafts, and adult group for support and sharing. After, members can transition to monthly on-going groups.
Also promotes grief literacy and sensitivity in homes, schools and workplaces.

Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30am - 5pm; Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30am - 8pm.
