Description
Provides advocacy, coaching, documentation preparation, and mediation services to help individuals and families in Western New York navigate challenges, strengthen independence, and access needed resources.
Services include IEP/504 planning and educational advocacy, benefit navigation, non-legal document preparation (such as healthcare proxies, living wills, and advance directives), personal and group coaching for self-sufficiency, and non-legal mediation for conflict resolution.

Hours
Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Evening and weekend appointments available by request

Sliding scale fees available. Free initial consultation. Some services may be provided at no cost for qualifying situations.
