Description
A multidisciplinary effort that aims to evaluate and provide support to those affected by Long COVID. UBCoV consists of a Long COVID Registry and Long COVID Recovery Center.
The registry is a survey that can be completed by those who have or think they have Long COVID. The survey information helps clinical researchers to better understand Long COVID in the Western New York Community. Additionally, the survey information allows providers in the Long COVID Recovery Center to better understand a patient’s experience with long COVID prior to their appointment.
The Long COVID Recovery Center provides care for those with Long COVID and connects those who have participated in the Long COVID Registry to accessible health care opportunities and resources.
