COVID-19 Diagnostic Tests
Description
Provides at-home COVID-19 testing options that are more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision. The tests use a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone app to provide users with audible instructions and test results. People will receive 12 rapid-antigen test kits with each order, which will arrive in six separate packages, each with two test kits. Orders will ship free while supplies last.
Hours
CDC COVID-19 Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Intake Process
Order by calling the CDC's 24-hour COVID-19 Hotline at 1-800-232-0233.
If more assistance is needed, the trained staff at the Disability Information & Access Line (DIAL) can provide additional assistance with ordering tests, understanding instructions for test administration and results, providing alternative instructions for traditional at-home tests for people who are unable to access, read, or understand the manufacturer's version, ordering "swab and send" kits to collect a sample and mail it back for results, and connecting callers to local organizations for assistance locating other testing options. DIAL is available Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm at 888-677-1199 or DIAL@usaginganddisability.org.
