COVID-19 Treatment Hotline - New York State Health Department

A free hotline providing telemedicine evaluation for treatment to New Yorkers outside of New York City who test positive for COVID-19, regardless of income or health insurance coverage. The hotline is intended to provide New Yorkers, including those that don't have a health care provider, with better access to early treatments that prevent severe illness. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is operated by experienced Health + Hospitals professionals who have the clinical training to prescribe treatment and referrals if needed. The telemedicine visit will include a clinical assessment by medical providers who will identify the appropriate COVID-19 treatment plan for the caller's situation.
