Description

Court for the Town of Amherst. Deals with parking and traffic violations, small claims and evictions, and criminal matters. Cases are assigned to the judges by the date of offense. Any case originating from the 1st-15th of the month will be assigned to Judge Klein. Any case originating from the 16th thru the end of month will be assigned to Judge Buscaglia.
