Description
Offers debt relief programs to help consumers establish a solid financial future by eliminating their current challenges on favorable terms. For homebuyers, provides a home buyer education certificate course online. Also offers reverse mortgage (HECM) counseling for senior homeowners. Additionally focuses on preventing financial issues and helping individuals develop strong core competencies in personal finance. Services include free credit counseling, debt management, financial workshops and webinars, student loan counseling, and bankruptcy certificate services.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm. Closed holidays and holiday weekends.

All consumers facing debt, budgeting, or credit challenges.

Intake Process
20-30 minute phone call to establish household budget and review details of debt accounts. Can also contact via email or online rather than by phone.
Program Fees
Credit counseling, financial workshops, and webinars are free.
Debt Management has a one-time $75 enrollment fee and a monthly administrative fee equal to $10 per creditor and capped at $75/month.
HECM Counseling is $149.99 per household.
Homebuyer Education is $100/household
