Affordable housing apartments for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with a mental health disability. Apartments are located in the Fillmore Council District of the City of Buffalo. Community consists of 27 units: 13 studio, 10 one-bedroom, and 4 two-bedroom apartments. The 4 two-bedroom apartments are dedicated to families.
Amenities include professional on-site management, handicapped accessible and adaptable apartments, close proximity to public transportation, smoke free living, a community room, on-site laundry facilities, and an on-site community center.

Eligibility
Applicants must be homeless or at risk of homelessness with a mental health disability in the household. Housing is open to both men and women.
