Description
Provides loans for homeowners in Erie County to make health and safety repairs to their homes. Eligible repairs include but are not limited to furnace and electrical repairs, repairs to address sewer/plumbing emergencies, and lead paint remediation.

Program is funded by ECDSS, and loans are serviced by Home HeadQuarters, a non-profit, certified Community Development Financial Institution.

Eligibility
Homeowners in Erie County who need to make health and safety repairs to their homes. Must meet income eligibility requirements and be current on taxes and mortgage.
