Description
Serves children, adults, and families affected by brain injury, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and epilepsy throughout the Western New York as well as the Finger Lakes, Central, and Southern Tier regions of New York State.
EPI offers comprehensive programs and services, including:
- Residential services, with options for a diverse range of support
- Self-Directed Services, including Fiscal Intermediary and Brokerage services
- Community Habilitation
- Day Habilitation
- Family Reimbursement
- ISS Housing Subsidy
- Independent Living Skills Training
- Structure Day/Structure Evening
- Environmental Modification/Assistive Technology
- Respite
- Support Group
- Advocacy
- Epilepsy Education
- Summer camps for children and young adults with Epilepsy

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Eligibility
Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, and/or epilepsy, and their families.
