Psychiatric Day Treatment
Description
Core programming goals are to foster growth, self-efficacy and independence by providing innovative evidence-based treatment focused on a whole person recovery model.
The program will include the following components: Community Rehabilitation and Support (CRS), Intense Rehabilitation (IR), and Ongoing Rehabilitation and Support (ORS).
Each participant’s personal experience and needs guide the roadmap for intervention allowing for stability, acceptance and an increased quality of life while being an active member of an inclusive community. It is our passionate belief that embracing individuals with compassionate treatment instills hope, restores dignity and rebuild lives while enriching the community in which we all reside.
Clinic Treatment will be/can be provided at Envision Wellness Article 31 Clinic that is located adjacent to Envision PROS at the same address location.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Eligibility
Individuals 18 and over with a mental health diagnosis.
Service Area: Erie County; no residential requirements.

Intake Process
Contact 716-877-6763 to set up an intake appointment. Bring photo ID and insurance information. For uninsured clients, assistance is provided in obtaining insurance.
Program Fees
Covered by Medicaid; sliding fee scale option available.
