Description
Provides assistance with filing Family Offense Petitions to obtain an Order of Protection, assistance filing Custody and Support Petitions, a 24-hour hotline, accompaniment to court, law enforcement agencies, or hospital, personal advocacy, safety planning, support groups, individual counseling, and information and referral to community resources.

Also offers safe house temporarily shelter for individuals in a domestic violence situation.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Hotline answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Eligibility
Survivors of domestic violence.

Service Area: Genesee County.

Walk in or call.

Safe House temporary shelter: Call for appointment with Domestic Violence Residential Case Manager.
