Description
Provides a safe, secure environment for adults and youth who are at risk, who have experienced trauma, who are affected by human trafficking, and victims of other crimes. Qualified, trauma-informed staff work to address the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Staff provide individual counseling, case management, crisis management, and safety planning. Services also include art therapy, music therapy, fitness classes, support groups, trauma groups, prevention programs, tutoring, work readiness, programs for adults, and programs for youth ages 12-18.
Well Health provides healthcare and substance use treatment on site. Meals are provided and a clothing closet is available along with hygiene items for any client in need. Transportation is provided and support is offered for children of those seeking services. Child exploitation and prevention classes are offered, along with community education about exploitation and training in trauma informed care.
Also provides a Child and Family Advocacy Program for children ages birth through 11.

Monday, 9am-4pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday, 11am-7pm; Thursday, 9am-7pm.
Eligibility
Adults and youth (ages 12-18) who are at risk of or are presently experiencing a hardship, who have experienced sexual assault, violence, and abuse, or who have been affected by human trafficking, including sex or labor trafficking.
The Child and Family Advocacy Program is for children ages birth through 11.

Intake Process
Walk in or call for an appointment or in case of an emergency. Referrals are accepted and appointments are recommended.
