Homeless Permanent Supportive Housing
Description
Permanent living for single, homeless individuals or those at risk of homelessness. Residents receive extensive case management through CCA's Transitional Services.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm.
Eligibility
Single adults who are at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness who have barriers to self-efficacy. Applicants must be eligible for Section 8 housing services.
