Description
Food pantry open to all, located on the front portico of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Amherst. Visitors come and take what they need.
In addition to non-perishable food, pantry stock may include oral care products and toilet paper. Stock often changes on a daily basis.
UU Amherst's Clothing Ministry rack is located alongside the pantry cabinets, offering limited items of clothing.

Pantry open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Eligibility
Open to all with no questions asked. No identification, paperwork, or other qualifications necessary.

Intake Process
To use the pantry, open the pantry door and take what you need.
To donate, open the pantry door and leave what you can. For larger donations, or when pantry is full, go inside the church to the Donation Center (see signs). No glass, expired products, or non-perishable food are accepted. Do not leave items on the floor outside, as it will attract animals.
