Description
Comprehensive, integrated mental health care is provided for children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns. Treatment programs are tailored to the individual needs of the care recipients with a focus on strengths and recovery.
Outpatient mental health care includes, but is not limited to: psychiatric assessment, individual and group therapy, medication management, crisis intervention, and dual diagnosis treatment (integrated treatment for both mental health and substance abuse concerns).
Therapies include, but are not limited to:
- Anxiety, depression and stress management
- Trauma recovery
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Emotion Regulation/Mindfulness Skills
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Family Systems Therapy
- Play Therapy
- Aspects of Multi-systemic Therapy (MST)
