Description
Offers for-credit, certificate, and Associate Degree programs, as well as shorter one-semester and two-semester certificate programs at little or no cost to those with financial need. Offers programs in welding technology, electrical construction and maintenance electrician work, machine tool technology, and mechatronics.
The center is designed to reduce all the major barriers that prevent students from enrolling and completing post-secondary education. Support services include career coaching, financial aid counseling, career navigation, soft skills/job readiness training, financial empowerment courses, transportation assistance, affordable childcare, housing, medical and dental assistance, TASC equivalency attainment, post placement retention services, emergency grant and loan fund, reading and math skills proficiency/review, Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) resources, refugee/immigrant support, ESL training, and drug and alcohol counseling.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Pre-Enrollment Sessions: Tuesday, 6pm; Wednesday, 10am; Thursday, 4pm.

Eligibility
The following may apply: Individuals 18 years or older who have completed high school or have a high school equivalency degree and can pass the TABE (Test for Basic Adult Education) in reading and math at the 10th grade level or higher.
Youth of color (ages 18-24), women, recent high school graduates, unemployed workers, underemployed workers, veterans, refugees, recent immigrants, those with disabilities, formerly incarcerated individuals, and TANF students are encouraged to apply.

Intake Process
Attend a pre-enrollment session (see Hours for weekly session times). Bring photo ID.
Program Fees
Most programs are provided for free or little cost to individuals with a financial need who are eligible for financial aid (see Eligibility).
