A 25-bed residential treatment facility located on the Horizon Village campus that provides specialized behavioral treatment services for 18-25 year old males with substance abuse and mental health issues.

Males ages 18 and older with diagnosed substance dependence.

Program Fees
Accepts most commercial health insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. Insurances accepted vary based on service type provided, such as outpatient treatment vs. inpatient and residential treatment. Sliding fee schedules are available for eligible patients and are based on income level and family size. Horizon serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.
