Provides crisis intervention and support services to anyone who is a survivor of sexual assault or domestic violence and to their families. All services are confidential. Trained counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide information and support, enabling clients to make informed choices concerning medical, legal, and counseling needs, while offering advocacy and information about their rights.

Counselors offer short-term counseling (6-8 sessions); medical, legal, and court accompaniment; crisis intervention for sexual assault survivors and their significant others; support through medical examinations and treatment; advocacy and support during interaction with law enforcement; individual consultations with professionals; community education programs; professional training programs; and referrals for additional needed services.

Serves as the point of contact for domestic violence shelter placement in Wyoming County. Victims of domestic violence in Wyoming County who are in need of shelter placement referral should call 585-786-5450 or 585-623-5299.
