Description
* Due COVID-19, all health fairs, educational programs, and external events are suspended until further notice. Hotlines continue to be staffed 24/7, and staff will continue to respond to hospital calls. Counseling, referrals, and crisis support will continue via whatever communication method the survivor feels comfortable using, including phone calls, video chats, texting, and emails. *

Provides crisis intervention and support services to survivors of sexual assault and to their families.

Services include: crisis intervention for sexual assault survivors and their significant others, hotline, short-term counseling, support through medical examinations and treatment, advocacy and support during interaction with law enforcement, court accompaniment, individual consultations with professionals, community education programs, professional training programs, and referrals for additional needed services.

In Wyoming County ONLY, offers a dual Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence program, which provides the Non-Shelter Domestic Violence Services as well as the sexual assault services listed above. Domestic violence services include hotline, counseling, court accompaniment, assistance with obtaining orders of protection, and referrals for safe housing.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Hotline: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Eligibility
Anyone who is a survivor of sexual assault.

Service Area: Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, & Wyoming Counties (Dual Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Program is in Wyoming County only).
