Description
Provides referrals for youth in need of further assessment or services including mediation, counseling, anger management, substance abuse, or other community agencies. Provides monitoring of care plan and placement outside of the home.

Eligibility
Youth under 18 years old living in Genesee County who are truant from school and/or uncontrollable at home/school.
