Description
A "one-stop shop" system to access to all City of Buffalo services, information, and non-emergency police services. Residents are able to call 311 or visit the website to report service needs, check on the status of previous service requests, or obtain information regarding city programs.

The following city service categories are covered by the 311 call center and website:
- Animals: Licensing, noise complaints, cruelty reports, rodent/pest control (outside of property only)
- Forestry: Tree trimming, tree removal, tree planting
- Graffiti & Sanitation: Graffiti, street and sidewalk cleaning, litter, garbage tote maintenance, missed garbage/recycling pick-ups
- Housing/Inspections: Violation reporting, inspection requests, building codes, new/existing permit services
- Parking: Parking violation reporting, ticket payments, information regarding city towed vehicles
- Streets & Sidewalks: Pot holes, street plowing and salting, traffic signs, reporting of sidewalks not cleared of ice/snow or in need of inspection for repair/replacement
- Utilities: Faulty street light reporting, sewer authority services, water authority services
