Head Start
Description
A comprehensive school readiness program preparing 3-5 year old children for kindergarten by offering comprehensive services including case management and utilizing a multi-disciplinary team approach. The staff links families with community services that can assist them with obtaining their goals.
Hours
Office: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
School: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.

Eligibility
Families who receive TANF, SSI, participate in the foster care system, and/or are homeless are categorically eligible for the program. Also eligible are families with an annual income at or below the HHS Poverty Guidelines.

Documentation required: Proof of current household income, child's birth certificate, current physical and immunization records, and medical insurance card.
