Description
Provides comprehensive treatment, recovery, and support services for individuals and families impacted by mental health and substance use challenges. Services offered include individual and group counseling, medical and psychiatric care, family support coordination, addiction medicine consultations, opiate overdose prevention training, recovery coaching and peer support services, care coordination, community outreach and education, harm reduction services, a therapy dog program, and more. Accepts most commercial health insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. Insurances accepted vary based on service type provided, such as outpatient treatment vs. inpatient and residential treatment. Sliding fee schedules are available for eligible patients and are based on income level and family size. Horizon serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.
