Description
24-hour Crisis Counseling Program providing immediate response to all callers. Offers assessment, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, referral, and information. Counselors have expertise in mental health, addiction, domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, suicide prevention, trauma response, and mental health crisis response.

Also manages the mental health hotline for Chautauqua County and the New York State Domestic & Sexual Violence Hotline, and serves as the local connection for the National Suicide Prevention Hotline.

Manages the Police/Mental Health Coordination Project, the Rape Crisis Advisory Committee, and the Suicide Prevention Coalition for Erie County.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Residents of Erie & Chautauqua Counties.

Languages
English and Spanish from staff, and 24-hour multi-language accessibility available via interpreter services. Bilingual staff are available in various programs across the agency.
