Description
Provides services and assistance to adults ages 18 or older who, because of mental or physical impairments, can no longer provide for their basic needs of food, clothing, shelter, or medical care; nor can they protect themselves from neglect, abuse, or hazardous situations and have no one willing or able to help in a responsible manner.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Adults 18 and older. Services are provided without regard to income.
