Since 1985, CRS, a private non-profit corporation, has given individuals free and confidential referrals to Western New York health and human service providers. CRS links 30,000 - 35,000 clients a year to more than 3,000 organizations and over 12,000 services. When fully operational it is expected that the call volume will jump to 100,000 - 120,000 calls annually.
The vision of CRS is to be the agency that provides all individuals and organizations with human service information - delivered in a manner which meets personal and collective needs.
